Next Quarterly Meeting and Bi-Annual Elections set for June 12, 2013
MTOA will hold its next quarterly meeting on June 12, 2013 at MLEOTA in Pearl, MS. All current board members need to report at 10AM and the general meeting and elections will start at 1:00 PM. This is an important meeting and your team should have a representative present. Only teams and individuals with active memberships (2012-2013) will be allowed to vote in this election. The new by-laws (amended in 2011) will be used during the election. These by-laws are attached to this posting.
